This is another thing people are looking for when buying a home, nice open floor plans. Taking down a wall isn’t an easy task, but it’s absolutely worth it!

4. Old Light Fixtures

You can change entryway lighting for a beautiful first impression. You can change pendent lighting above a dining room table or kitchen island. Upgrade the fan in your living room to a modern more efficient lighting fan fixture. You can also upgrade these fans in all the bedrooms. This will be an investment that everyone will notice!
