Non-Egress wells are 37″ – 72″ wide x 24″ projection x up to 72″ deep are commonly used for utility rooms and other spaces. These wells also have a 30 year warranty.

These elongated window wells have a 30 year warranty and are made out of high quality galvanized steel with up to a 20″ projection from the foundation wall and widths up to 91” wide. They are commonly used in side yards where egress codes do not apply, and space is tight.
- Foundation Vent Wells. These small galvanized steel vent wells keep dirt, water, and landscaping materials away from crawlspace vents. These also have a 30 year warranty.
