Egress Kit with Plastic Well

This complete egress solution kit contains:

Stacked Stone composite egress size window well in two widths and depths
The well is big enough to accommodate a 48” or 60” wide sliding window!
Fire escape steps molded into the well for ultimate sturdiness
Unbreakable polycarbonate covers are included with the kit, an aluminum grate is available for additional cost.
We can also add burglar resistant locks and a double angle piano hinge (with a prop up bar) to your order–just ask your Expert!

Egress Kit Features and Details

1. Basement Window Options

These wells are spacious enough to accommodate the Slider Style Windows in either 48” or 60” width. These windows meet local requirements. All vinyl frame is maintenance-free–no painting or rusting. These windows can be used as pour-in-place or replacement windows, with superior ¾” Low-E glass and a U value of .037. This window and well combination is one of the best for pleasing aesthetics and allowing natural light into your living space.

2. Window Well

Stacked Stone composite egress size window wells are one-piece deluxe window wells. The natural sandstone colored Stacked Stone window wells are available in two widths (inside widths of 54” and 65”, and depths of 60” and 72”) to accommodate larger windows.
In our opinion, these wells are among the sturdiest non-metal wells available. Once properly installed, they will not cave in or collapse like other non-metal wells can.

3. Fire Escape Steps Build-In

This composite one piece well has an egress ladder molded right into it. No metal to rust, no concerns about meeting egress requirements, as it has already been done for you.

Sloped crystal-clear cover is standard, and is custom made for your well
