Atriums for Non-Egress Wells

Atriums accommodate all window types that come above the lip of the well, even crank-out windows! Supports up to 150 pounds of static weight. Atriums need to be supported on a level surface outside the metal well by pavers, timbers, or other ground covers as shown below. Please keep in mind that your cover may vary from a similar sized example due to engineering requirements and design.

Our Atrium Covers are designed for emergency escape. It releases from the clips we provide with a push up from inside the well.

Atriums with Mesh Sides

Aluminum Mesh Sides are a popular choice for easy ventilation for the well and fresh air circulation in the basement without removing the window well cover.
